Pete Petrie, our foreman, has over 30 years experience servicing RVs -- most of our technicians..more than 20. Three of our staff are certified by RVIA, and two of our staff, Bobby Key and Pete, have the esteemed Master Certification.

We hope it’s apparent that we take service-after-the-sale seriously. The Service dept personnel and company management consistently exhibit our philosophy of “doing what is right”.

We are not a "candystore" operation with an arm-long, constantly changing, list of manufacturers. We represent 3: Holiday Rambler, Carriage, Keystone Outback, all who feature aluminum-framed RV super structures. We have well-established communication, warranty, and problem-solving systems with our manufacturers. When you buy from us you'll never be stone-walled with manufacturer warranty rejections because we work hard to inform you up-front.
